VRYF Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our sports recovery and massage products, VRYF does not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, used, partially used, or tampered with. Unopened and unused products may be considered for return at VRYF's discretion and on a case-by-case basis, subject to proof of purchase and inspection.

 

Customers are encouraged to read all product information, warnings, ingredient lists, and instructions before use. A patch test is recommended prior to the first application. Where a customer believes a product is defective, damaged, contaminated, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fails to meet applicable quality standards, the matter will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

For all return requests, customers must contact VRYF with proof of purchase and details of the issue for assessment.
